Departing from Cairns on 17 October 2025, the 60-night expedition onboard the intimate Coral Adventurer will take you around the perimeter of Australia, showcasing some of its most breathtaking remote locations, significant historical sites, fascinating cultural communities, and unique wildlife encounters along the way.
This much-anticipated voyage follows the success of Coral Expeditions' inaugural circumnavigation in 2022, which was met with overwhelming demand and sold-out bookings. This year promises an even more spectacular adventure with a one of a kind itinerary that includes 48 excursion days, allowing guests to explore remote islands, coastal regions, and untouched natural environments. The journey will take you to four major coastal ports and features three signature events designed to immerse you in the best of Australia’s culture, food, and history.

Throughout the voyage, guests will be treated to exclusive events that highlight the cultural and culinary diversity of the country.
Torres Strait Cultural Festival:
The journey kicks off with a unique experience at Thursday Island in the Torres Strait, where guests will enjoy a cultural festival and feast with the remote island community. This immersive event will provide insight into the region’s rich heritage and offer a taste of its vibrant traditions.
Leeuwin Estate Winemaker Dinner:
As one of the highlights of the Western Australia leg of the journey, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a four-course dinner at the renowned Leeuwin Estate in Margaret River. Outback Adventure in Longreach:
For those yearning for an outback adventure, a charter flight will take guests from Townsville to Longreach, where they will explore the rugged beauty of the Queensland outback. The day includes visits to the historic town, Ilfracombe’s Machinery Mile, and a pub lunch at the Wellshot Hotel. The day culminates with an evening at Rosebank Station, where outback legend Alan “Smithy” Smith will host guests for a fireside cook-up and entertainment as the sun sets over the iconic outback landscape.

Culinary Delights: A Feast for the Senses
No expedition would be complete without a culinary journey, and Coral Expeditions' expert chefs have created a gourmet dining program that takes inspiration from the local produce of this coastal route. Guests will experience a diverse range of flavours, from the cool-climate wines of Tasmania to the fresh oysters and abalone of South Australia. A special seafood night onboard will allow guests to indulge in the freshest catches while sailing through the crystal-clear waters of the Houtman's Abrolhos Islands.
